Get Shouty

What’s going on here?

What’s going on here?

This blog is a celebration of: being passionately wrong; being fearlessly right; allowing authenticity to shine; the fold over funny; and, above all, the power of not taking yourself too seriously.

By day I work in creative strategy: the science and rigour of finding the answer; the bricoleur discipline and creative chaos ofΒ  idea generation; and the subsequent planning and mapping of experiences that change perceptions, habits and behaviours.

In all the moments in between I try to feed my insatiable curiosity about everything and not get too shouty about it all.

All my friends and colleagues lives are much quieter now that I have this blog. They thank you for giving me attention, as the incidence of ‘hey, did you know….?” has significantly reduced in the years that I have been publishing.

Sometimes they do wonder about my imaginary friends though….

Please comment, feel free to disagree, and please don’t mistake passion for conviction- I’m usually trying to argue something out with myself – you are most welcome to join in.

Hi

Thanks heaps for your comment on my posting and apologies, I realise it must have sounded so out there but I was actually having more of a general rant about the way that some agencies put people into boxes πŸ™‚ and I guess my whole argument was really more that I’m of the belief that everyone has creativity within themselves. I’m also doing the horrible rounds of job interviews for the first time in 2 years and I’m over it already lol

I do dig the whole 6 words idea though, my friend had “Curly hair but i am uptight” and we were that geeky that we printed our own labels for the conference! This is my second attempt at trying to build a blog so it’s nice to see that someone other than my husband actually reads my stuff! cheers J πŸ™‚

I know at least 4 people who are dumber than a sea lion. You however are not one of them. Great post.

I am still trying to work out what is wrong with your imaginary friends.
