I need to get a list together. Quickly.
A list of people who inspire you about the possibilities of digital. Who open your eyes about the possibility of the future. Who keep you banging away at the day to day grind of digital marketing because you heard them speak, or read their work, or saw their vision.
Who are they for you? Sky’s the limit. Tell me and I might be able to introduce you to them. Soon. No kidding.
This is the start of my list (in no particular order):
Please give me your thoughts! Are they different from who your clients would find inspiring? What would that list be?

Comment by Adam October 19, 2008 @ 10:26 pmClay Shirky, Michael Wesch, Jeremiah Owyang, Internationally, in no particular order I’d have Charlene Li, Ann Handley, Chris Brogan, Mark Pesce, Tara Hunt, Chris Messina, Tony Hsieh (Zappos), Jason Goldberg (socialmedian), David Weinberger, Doc Searls, Sam Lawrence (Jive), Ross Mayfield, Aaron Strout, Rachel Happe, Laura Fitton (Pistachio), Greg Verdino, Luis Suarez (IBM)
There seems to be a dearth of Aussies… which is disappointing. The community here is incredibly inspiring but the state of the market makes them fairly invisible. So, for Aussies I’d have Laurel Papworth, Mick Liubinskas, Chris Saad, Gavin Heaton. There are a bunch of others that are equally inspiring in their specialisations.
I’d love someone to say I inspired them.
